Pros

Good salary, excellent benefits and bonus, flexible work options, killer IT support. Exceptional Veteran employee support group

Cons

lack of role clarity, speed of business causes burnout rather quickly because everything is a priority - serious lack of prioritization. Vets are appreciated, yet leadership and managers need to remember lady Vets are used to being treated with equality. They are not over aggressive, nor overconfident. They are just really good at what they do and corporate America isn't quite ready for that yet.

Pros

Good salary/benefits. Great people. Fantastic office and affordable location. Many office perks such as gyms, cafeterias, organized events.

Cons

May be difficult to break into management if you don't fit the profile. Promotions on non-management tracks are based on years of service at USAA, not total experience or actual job performance.
