Pros

Decent pay. Ample Time off. Great benefits.

Cons

Overwhelming work load. Unrealistic expectations. Now adding total loss to adjuster's plates without any pay increase. Turn over from adjusters quitting.

Pros

Great Benefits, most management was great, hours not too bad, members were the best to work with

Cons

Upper management rarely communicated important info on time; Their Motto is a JOKE, most will follow through but others just don’t care unless it can help them Not You Nor The Member

Pros

USAA is a very good company and every employee that I have known is happy working there. The rating and reviews also shows that. However, I am writing this review for the sake of the complaint I am going to mention in the cons section.

Cons

Most of hirings happen thru referrals and candidates evaluation seems unfair and based on favoritism. I was fully qualified for couple of positions and yes my resume is written good enough but got rejected without even a phone interview.
