Good benefits.

Pros

The company offered great benefits overall. I still received a decent Christmas bonus, even though I had only worked there for two months at that time.

Cons

As a customer service representative, I was on the phones taking calls. Would not recommend. Even with two months of training, I was not properly prepared. Very heavy call volume and they push unreasonable metrics. My manager reviewed one of my calls with me and scolded me for not upselling someone who was actively yelling at me. Which brings me to my largest con, be prepared to be yelled and screamed at DAILY by customers. People seem to think there's not a real human on the other side of the phone. It was very belittling, dehumanizing, and sucked the LIFE out of me.

Pros

- Great Pay and benefits - Used to be a great company with a slow but stable vision

Cons

- Culture is terrible - Management has become too much recently from a higher level, fail to listen to their employees - Slow to little growth the higher you climb. Very political
