Pros
Great benefits and depending on the location you have great in office luxuries i.e suana, gym, track, game room.
Cons
The berating, the only military in lead positions, An entire team of 11 people complained to the higher management about how a manager behaved and nothing happened. Mind you he was awful. He treated everyone like he was still in the military. I have so much respect for the military but once you are out and in the job force you are in the regular job force and you cannot treat people like you are still in the military. Demeaning and awful. We also went through more than 3 managers before we were stuck with this one.
