Pros

Great campus at the Phoenix office. They have tons of areas to eat and relax on break.

Cons

The absolute worst training I have ever received. They told me I was going to be a disputes analyst and then a month in switched me over to a fraud analyst. The training only lasted 2 weeks and went so fast I couldn’t even comprehend how to do the job. There was no help desk only a group chat. Then they laid me (and every other agency contractor) off and sold my job (an American Service Member) to an overseas company. I have zero respect for this company after this interaction. Hopefully this helps dissuade people from considering this employer.

Pros

Stability can be a pro.

Cons

Workload is too much. They pile on more and more for you to handle and don't increase your pay. Set ridiculously high expectations and criticize everything. Moving up is hard because they expect you to stay in your role for 8 years or more.
