      It’s work experience under your belt, and the individual contributors you’ll work with are all solid people whom you’ll have lasting professional relationships with.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership, your voice as an employee will not be heard, you will be micromanaged by people who do not know what you do in your day-to-day, minimal room for professional growth, gaslighting is standard, culture has completely tanked and is a thing of the past, benefits are being cut more and more.
