Being able to request same day time off through the system without being reprimanded was nice
Cons
Its been a while so maybe things have changed but during my time here I was Micromanaged heavily, which is pretty standard in any call center from what I understand but it was still really frustrating to have a manager that would tell me that I was doing a fantastic job one day then tell me the next day that if I didn't watch myself I was going to end up on a pip. I also had the type of manager that would knowingly call me on days that I had requested to take time off to go over performance reviews that she could have and should have done while I was in office. I did send feedback to her manager about this issue when I resigned but Im unsure if anything ever came of it.
