USAA reviews

Its been a while so maybe things have changed but during my time here I was Micromanaged heavily, which is pretty standard in any call center from what I understand but it was still really frustrating to have a manager that would tell me that I was doing a fantastic job one day then tell me the next day that if I didn't watch myself I was going to end up on a pip. I also had the type of manager that would knowingly call me on days that I had requested to take time off to go over performance reviews that she could have and should have done while I was in office. I did send feedback to her manager about this issue when I resigned but Im unsure if anything ever came of it.

Constant layoffs across company no matter the department, finance, consumer lending, risk, data science etc. USAA also appears to be cutting down benefits year after year and is no longer the USAA that was before
