Great Members and Co-Workers, However....
Pros
USAA has a really fantastic membership base and it was a pleasure to serve them daily. I also established great relationships with my peers. The bonus structure is also a very nice perk.
Cons
Now comes the however...management is the worst I have ever experienced in my professional career. They bring in these untrained middle managers who are completely self absorbed and only concerned with their own advancement. They have absolutely no integrity and are only concerned with the number of transfers sent over to the members advice and solutions team, of which many of these transfers are completely inappropriate and do nothing to serve the needs of the member. USAA primary focus is to grow the investment management side of the business which is fine, however there are ways to do that without compromising the integrity of the company and the mission.
