It is a call center and there is little you can do in the company off the phones

Pros

Great teammates that are a pleasure to talk to between calls, everyone is from different walks of life. Ability to go to school and have a set schedule at work. Good work / life balance

Cons

To get a raise after homeowners training is like pulling teeth. Each manager grades their team differently. Managers reward personality over results. Overall promotions are difficult to come by and each manager is the gatekeeper to your future. Very easy to feel micromanaged.
