Pros

For the most part management really cares about the employees. Lots of perks (employee parties, etc), great bonuses, good benefits, matching 401k

Cons

typical call center. employees are overworked and get burnt out quickly. expect to be tied to the phones with few breaks, very little room for advancement in Phx unless you want to be middle mgt as most positions are in Texas.

Pros

A pretty middle of the road company Intends to do the right thing Decent work like balance in most positions

Cons

Actions don't always match intentions (i.e. really knowing its customers) There are lot of people who are tenured and comfortable (i.e. limited growth)
