Pros

Wonderful work environment, positive work culture, minimal micromanaging. It definitely could change team to team based on your manager but I really had an amazing time working at USAA.

Cons

It would have been nice to have the option to forgo PTO while taking time off. We had a PCS and after we were settled I had used majority of the years PTO and the only realistic option left was for me to leave the company.

They have a pretty good education reimbursement program On campus amenities were fine

Cons

It’s a call center so you are talking to people all the time. You will be micro managed You will be expected to follow a script Usaa will emphasize heavy on sales
