Pros

Great employee development. Very family friendly. Great members. Great on-site facilities including gyms, covered parking, cafeterias, break rooms, clinic, pharmacy, and ball fields.

Cons

They give a lot and expect a lot in return. Be prepared for a high stress and high demand workplace. The vast majority of jobs are on the phone, so make sure you are prepared to spend hours on the phone with your availability statistics compared against your peers.

Pros

Decent salary for a call center job, nothing to take home with you at the end of your shift, easy to be "middle of the pack"

Cons

call center mentailty, expected to act like a robot and just repeat the same things over and over, extremely boring and unchallenging
