Pros

-Benefits, benefits, benefits -health care, on site gyms, all kinds of programs benefitting employees, their family and the community -Co-workers and colleagues are amazing people with a variety of background and experiences -Advancement and opportunities for change are high, but you are REQUIRED to give at least a year in the first job you are hired. -Constant change (this can also be a bad thing for some)

Cons

-Low wages -Have to commit a year to the first job you're picked for -Personally, I found the training program to be prohibitively slow. -Communication amongst teams and management is not stellar, but does seem to be improving. At least it's something on which management seems to be concentrating.
