Pros

Benefits and compensation, paid licensing Membership in insurance, access to financial services Tuition paid, not reimbursed Bonuses and paid time off

Cons

Demands are high and structured: not for everyone It is a sales job Micromanagement on the Director level, not a lot of flexibility to sell/work as you want Lack of insurance "professionals" on the frontline: licensed does not mean "professional"
