Pros

Salary, bonuses, fitness centers on site, covered parking, cafeteria's on site and recreation centers and jogging trails. Modern offices with IT support.

Cons

Previous management staff lacked knowledge in the field they managed. Good ole boy mentality hiring based on relationships not qualifications.

Pros

The benefits can not be over looked, they match up to 8% of your 401k and have great dental and medical insurance. The pay as an intern was very high as well.

Cons

As an intern they put me on a team who didn't value me and saw me not as an equal. They put me on a job that has already been implemented so i had no real use work to do. The people on my team were not very friendly.
