Pros

Education assistance, health benefits, coworkers

Cons

Many talented and educated individuals get stuck in the call center. I had over 8 years experience in insurance sales, obtained my MBA, and had positive reviews for over 6 years and could not get out of the call center. Finally had to leave the company to find a position that aligned with my skillset. Also extremely micromanaged. Oh! Almost forgot. Found out that a great deal of male colleagues with little to no education and far less experience than me were making a significant amount more $ than myself, a female, which didn't help with satisfaction.
