Pros

Great benefits, great people overall, food and drinks onsite and all the fitness you want

Cons

Training was not good at all. There should be a in office training hands on , the amount of pressure when you get out of the short training is sad. There needs to be a huge investment in training and should be 12 weeks. The case load was horrible! Not enough time to do a good job, ALL of the people were extremely overwhelmed. Management stressed out every single day. Reaching out for help was a lot . Revenge from management I witnessed. This job is not for the weak and anyone who’s home life is not in order. Do not recommend for a single parent with small children, You will be paid according to your education and experience , but you will always feel cheated due to the unpaid overtime. the request offf system I’ve never seen one like it, High turnover rate If you get the RIGHT position I believe you can be happy and retire. Choose wisely
