It's not for everyone

Pros

Benefits, pto, 401k match, nice campus, great people

Cons

If you're on inbound calls/sales/claims you will stay there for years. Pressure to sell, stressful, and metrics driven. Hard to promote to something off the phones. When there is something you want to apply to off the phones you need to think Usaa hires only the best which includes you but you're also going to be going up against thousands who are the best as well for maybe 2 or 3 spots.
