Pros

USAA is a household name. It’s an established and respected institution that is not going anywhere anytime soon. Being a large company, there are many places to go within it once you’re in if you are hitting your metrics and investing in yourself.

Cons

Extremely beaurocratic. Everything moves slowly. If you are in a sales role, expect managers to be very subjective, rather than objective, in criticism.

Pros

You will at least have a steady paycheck.

Cons

Job and physical security are a joke, they will not hold true to any promises that they make, and you are guaranteed to get physically sick from the immense stress that comes with providing industry-leading customer service in an obnoxiously understaffed environment.
