Back to back calls, constant pressure to sell, incredible amounts of micromanagement (no matter how much you do they ask how you can do better), constantly feeling like your job is on the line, constantly having to explain the actions of incompetent upper management and why our rates are no longer competitive because of them.

Management sucks, they tear down their employees, which causes them all to look for employment else where, weekly coachings and discipline that tears you down instead of uplift you, the rates are crazy high and they keep raising them, they do not care about the military at all it’s all a scam to get their bucks! And expect us employees that don’t have no say so in the rates to show face for it on the phones & cut the members crap if y’all cared so much about your members like act your rates would be cheaper than anywhere else but instead they are higher! The 21.00$ isn’t worth it you’ll be happier somewhere else even if you make less trust me! I feel like I’ve been scammed into a job, on top of that if your any other race other than YT run they will quiet fire aka push you out silently and there’s no severance, I have gained horrible anxiety working here and was crying daily on my way to work on top of that I was disrespected by my manger numerous times!!
