Ok work environment and people, Not all management is bad but too many changes and using old methods or methods that do not work decent pay once time in, access to training and time to do it but not enough time to learn and apply
Cons
(Claims Adjusting side) Horrible management, unbearable workload leading to longer turn around times and mad members leading to complaints all pinned on the adjuster to cover up all the bad business changes to many meetings and nothing accomplished and speak about politics, Metrics driven, Hypocritical to the core values, once you reach a certain pay they micromanage, selective in thus process
