Competitive PTO to prevent burnout. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Lower pay. Pension plan is bad. No incentive to stay as a younger employee. Values have shifted from military focus to compliance.

Pros

- Work/life balance is taken seriously. I can completely forget about work after 5. - Flexibility in how you work. Working fully remote is common. - Developers are expected to set aside time for learning and skill-building.

Cons

- Pay is on the low side for the industry. - Benefits, such as bonuses and retirement, seem to keep being reduced lately. - Some legacy technologies but this is improving.
