Great benefits, generous PTO package, ability to work at your own pace as work life balance is emphasized by all levels of management. Opportunities to grow at every level with internal "Back to School" program, education stipend and stipends for other things such as fitness, mental health & phone.

Cons

Base pay is lower than average, there is a company performance based bonus which can make it competitive however that bonus is fading as a known complaint from long term employees. Compliance/regulatory efforts adds red tape making it difficult to deliver software. While advertised of working on new tech, most of the work consists of old code maintenance and owning applications developed by different teams.
