Pros

Good work-life balance, generous benefits, some of the best people I've ever worked with. These folks didn’t punch the clock—they poured in nights, weekends, and their hearts to support USANA’s customers and distributors. They were great under pressure, juggling shifting priorities with talent, grit, and the kind of craft you can’t fake. And in an industry that’s not exactly for the faint of heart, they showed up every day ready to solve problems, lift others, and keep ball moving forward against a lot of fluid and last minute changes across all 25 markets.

Cons

A static management team that is very closed off to new ideas. Promotions are very hard to come by as most who work there are 10+ year employees. Turnover is low which is good, but it makes moving up very difficult. The company’s in bit of a rough spot right right now. The Q3-2025 came in with a loss, and a 10% across the board layoff as reported by the Salt Lake Tribune. While sales has let go of a two executive level leaders, the issue is bigger than removing a couple names on an org chart. Upper management is very insulated and operating in bubbles.
