3yI am very disappointed to see this review. We are not a perfect company but we most definitely would not intentionally mislead anyone. Transparency is something we pride ourselves on and if we are falling short in any area, especially training and support, we need to know it. I would strongly encourage you to take advantage of our Open Door Policy. The purpose of the policy is to encourage open communication and feedback on any matter of importance to any employee.
