Pros

401(k) Bonuses were good if you were a top salesperson.

Cons

This was a terrible place to work. The resources were thin. Expectations were unreasonable and they secretly sold our division to our competitor! Salary was very low for the industry.

Pros

Top managers are so nice, motivating, and knowledgeable. Friendly working environment. A lot of room to grow. Plenty of Opportunities to apply for full-time position. Plenty of small projects; you just need to ask!

Cons

Some of Middle managers are not so supportive and motivating. Lack of training. They have some training documents and in the process hiring more trainers for full-time new employees, but not a lot for interns.
