      Pros

      Employee benefits are very good.

      Cons

      Does not pay very well. A lot of travel expected with unrealistic performance expectations. Very clicky for a professional environment of adults. Questionable management.

      Pros

      Started out as good company to work for in 1994. Few bumps along the way. But good over all.

      Cons

      Dismissed after 19 years because of budget cuts. No warning of being dismissed. Taken by immediate boss to a meeting room and was told to turn in my badge and could not go back to my desk to get my purse, coat or to clean out my desk. Only got separation papers. No paperwork to convert any of my current policies. Also was told my position was being eliminated. Check on-line 2 months later and was hiring for my old position. COBRA is a joke. $750 a month for health, dental & vision insurance. That is more than I was paying for rent.

      Cons

      Transformation of organization in last 5 years allowed for significant hiring and then focus of company changed and lots of downsizing and layoffs after outsourcing servicing functions of many part of organization.
