USAble has done a great job the last few years attracting and retaining good talent. We are provided great benefits and a fantastic growth opportunity for those who want to move up.

Cons

There is a major problem with trust at all levels of the organization. Front line employees don't trust the leadership team and vice versa.

Started out as good company to work for in 1994. Few bumps along the way. But good over all.

Cons

Dismissed after 19 years because of budget cuts. No warning of being dismissed. Taken by immediate boss to a meeting room and was told to turn in my badge and could not go back to my desk to get my purse, coat or to clean out my desk. Only got separation papers. No paperwork to convert any of my current policies. Also was told my position was being eliminated. Check on-line 2 months later and was hiring for my old position. COBRA is a joke. $750 a month for health, dental & vision insurance. That is more than I was paying for rent.
