Terrible “training” program. Zero support from management. No encouragement, only what you’re doing wrong.

I am very disappointed to see this review. We are not a perfect company but we most definitely would not intentionally mislead anyone. Transparency is something we pride ourselves on and if we are falling short in any area, especially training and support, we need to know it. I would strongly encourage you to take advantage of our Open Door Policy. The purpose of the policy is to encourage open communication and feedback on any matter of importance to any employee. Don't hesitate to reach out to any level of management or directly to HR to discuss your concerns. We are here to listen and help bring about a solution.

Pros

The company has good direction and management. I'm in Service and I love my manager and most of my co-workers. If you are a good employee and don't need a lot of day-to-day supervising, you can do well here. They have a great benefits package and the pay is competitive. A lot of remote positions opened post-COVID.

Cons

Not much... they could do with a better Christmas gift. It can be stressful during peak season and anytime for employees who lack in time management or multitasking.

Hello Analyst! I love this positive feedback and couldn't agree more. I like to think its Christmas year around here. The random packages that arrive with laptop desks, shirts, cups, etc. are pretty cool. And the well being bonus that came out of the blue was like Christmas in October! Thank you for all you do to make our company amazing!
