Great team members; like a family. Everyone is nice and really cares about patient care.

Cons

Senior leadership is disconnected with staff; have no clue of why staff turnover is high and unhappy. Too much inequalities.

Beautiful facility Cafeteria food is delicious and always fresh. Facility is always clean and kept up. Some friendly employees

Cons

High employee turn over rate Over worked and under paid. Staff doesn't seem to care much about patients and their concerns. Favoritism towards the non hardworking while the hard workers get over looked. Management is cold hearted and not understanding. Pay rate is low. Would cut shifts with out notifying employee. Management is terrible at being a good example to employees

I can't really think of any pros at the moment.

Cons

RN's can get abusive to CNA's in front of patients. Treated as if mentally retarded by doctors. No respect in this building for "lower" staff. Terrible management.
