Pros

Very busy, face paced environment. Always something that needs to be addressed or worked on.

Cons

Lack of work/life balance. Unmanageable workloads. PTO accrual where Sick and Vacation hours are in the same bank (You only accrue 2 weeks max). High turnover rates, especially in the IT department. Too many employees go on Leave possibly due to the high stress levels.

Pros

For the most part the people you work with from other department are friendly.

Cons

Benefits are terrible as this place has been struggling for years now. A lot of people got jobs here not because of their skillset, but from family or friends. So many are not qualified. And less proactive to learn and make this place a better experience to the patients. But they don't. A lot of favoritism, and pointing complaining of people who works. Not a healthy environment if you're a hard worker. If you like to do less work and spend time charting, then this place might be a right fit for you.
