HORRIBLE training, horrible management including the lead. Absolutely horrible system which constantly crashed. Management on your back when production not met.

This company is greedy, there is no bonus. You literally time how long you are on a call it's smash and grab.

Cons

I am not making enough money. Too much work for so little pay.
