Management has a tough job to do especially with their staff working from home. Enforcing policy is extremely important to us to make sure that we are compliant not only for us or our clients but also for the employees. Policy enforcement is something that has to be done and involves not only the supervisors and managers but also higher level leadership and HR. There is no interpretation.

In January 2021 i was in a difficult financial position. USCB America gave me an opportunity. less than a year later I have a new outlook with a long term career with an employee owned company. USCB America has excellent leadership coaching and support. I have made commission every month. The office in Henderson, NV is in a great location.

Cons

Having a long term career and purpose in life is better than not having a job and not having any money
