At USCB every department/Team are on the same page when it comes to collections. Everybody understands the policies and procedures. They make sure that you are not left out on any important update. Teamplayer is key.

Cons

Micro management is a pain in the butt. They don't seem to appreciate your hard work. Management needs to show more appreciation towards the employees vs coming hard on them for every little mistake they make.

Fairly stress free work enviornment for the most part.

Cons

They put people out of position and its kind of a negative work enviornment. The training isnt very good and they focus on everything you do that is negative. You could absolutely dominate and yet get criticized and written up repeatedly, even for questionable stuff.
