Pros

They allow you to work from home Some people are very cool.

Cons

Management was very unreasonable I was let go out of no where- no performance review, no warning, no discussions- just a sudden call. They are non communicative about expectations, or how to do the job well, will not answer questions directly- just hammer you with sales goals and numbers with no training on how to achieve those goals Yet the people that show up late or look at their phones all day get way more respect The micromanaging is insane enough to make you lose sleep at night or regret going to work the next day... Management is also inconsistent. I think those that sit back and smile and pretend or friends with management are the ones that stay for a longer amount of time All of this equates to a toxic work environment... what a shame

Pros

Remote Workplace Benefits package on par with a large company

Cons

Where to start, every metric you can possibly measure a company by, this organization flat out fails at (outside of the pros above). Their HR department is a gossip bin for the managers and leaders (nothing is confidential). The pay is egregious compared to their competition. Toxic management and leadership (even amongst themselves). Management is perfectly fine with walking back producer's contracts, even while performing well.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take concerns like these seriously and are committed to fostering a positive, supportive work environment for all employees. We’re glad you appreciate the flexibility of remote work and our benefits package. However, we regret that your experience at USG did not meet your expectations. Transparency, fairness, and professional growth are priorities for us, and we continuously work to improve communication, compensation structures, and leadership development. Regarding confidentiality, while HR strives to maintain discretion, there are situations where information must be shared with leadership or other relevant parties to address concerns appropriately and ensure compliance with company policies. We are always open to constructive feedback to help us improve. Wishing you the best in your future endeavors.
