Pros

The meetings are upbeat and encouraging

Cons

You have to pay for office space. The only way to make it is to pay to be licensed in 12 different states. Also pay phone your phone leads. Most people hang up. You must call hundreds of people per week. Worst part is when you finally sell a policy the back office will call your customer and find a reason to deny the policy.

We appreciate your comments and we can certainly understand how frustrating it can be to find the right fit, professionally. As I'm sure you were informed during the interview process ... the USHA opportunity is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. As such, there are certain investments that must be made by both parties ... the contractor ... and the company. Those responsibilities are clearly identified in your USHA Agent Agreement. That said, I'm unclear about your assertion that you pay for training classes. All USHA training is provided free of charge to our agents. Perhaps you may be confusing our training with state-required training for obtaining an insurance license. In the end, every opportunity comes with its own set of challenges and rewards. Ours is no different. We wish you well.

You're absolutely right ... sales leads play an important role in success. That's why we invest heavily in leads for the USHEALTH Advisors Agents. We also understand that for any sales lead to be productive ... it must be properly worked by the agents. In answer to that critical component of the sales formula, USHA agents have the opportunity to participate in regular sales training conducted by local leaders. I'm willing to bet that no other company invests in its agents to the extent that we do ... at USHEALTH Advisors. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
