I'm sure we can all agree that every opportunity comes with it's fair share of investments ... time ... money ... and ... effort. Ours is no different. While USHEALTH does in fact provide all the tools needed for success ... it's ultimately up to the independently contracted agent to do the work. Work/Life Balance ... Cold Calling ... Personal Investment in additional sales leads - these are all decisions that are solely in the control of the agent. Some will approach the USHA opportunity as a business opportunity (which, by the way ... it is) ... while others may see it differently. Those who recognize the opportunity for what it is ... tend to do very well, here. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out. Bill.shelton@ushadvisors.com.

Thank you for your comments. We believe all comments good or bad ... help us build a better company. We're excited that you recognize the incredible opportunity that you've found here at USHEALTH Advisors. Granted, long hours ... weekends ... etc. are among the many personal investments that an individual might make ... in order to build your business, as a 1099 contractor. We wish you continued success, in these early days of your USHA career. If we can be of any further assistance, please reach out. Bill.shelton@ushadvisors.com.

Pros

The culture is great and you will learn valuable life skills. Great for new graduates!

Cons

You will have to invest your own money 100% commission There are a lot of uncontrollable factors that they don’t tell you about until you are fully contracted. You can be successful but please don’t be blinded by the dreams these people can sell you. ASK QUESTIONS FIRST. The hours you’re expected to work are borderline insane Some of the leadership is pretty young and may lack leadership skills

Thank you for your comments. We believe that all comments ... either good or bad ... help us to be better. I'll preface my comments by simply saying this ... America ... was built on dreams. We all dream of a better life ... for ourselves and our families. I encourage anyone to follow their dreams. Now ... you've identified a few items that cause you concern. Investing money is one. As a 1099 contractor ... you are in business for yourself. As a business owner ... it's not only prudent ... but it's recommended that you invest in your business. And from my perspective ... why wouldn't someone want to invest in themselves? 100% commission. Yes ... that's right. Because there is no other way for us to pay you ... what your are truly worth. By establishing a 100% commission opportunity ... we've ensured that your efforts are fully recognized. Uncontrollable factors. I'm not really sure what you may be pointing to here ... although I can tell you, from my perspective ... I've never allowed external factors to ever dictate my level of success. Instead ... I've always focused on what I could control. Effort ... time ... investment ... etc. These are all well within your span of control. I encourage you ... and anyone reading this review to explore this opportunity with open eyes ... and an open mind. Don't let someone else dictate your level of success. If I can help you in any way, please don't hesitate to contact me. Bill.shelton@ushadvisors.com.
