Pros
I worked full time as a new agent with USHealth Advisors, LLC ( USHealth Group ) for about 15 months. The Management is excellent and they really do want to see you succeed, the training is top notch. Everything is done online , virtual office which is great for working several states. It is a great place to start a career in insurance. The money is definitely there, but give it at least 2 years! Residuals are great!
Cons
At first I really believed the product was the best to offer potential clients, until I learned more about the products , and researching better health plans on the market. After several complaints about, billing, coverage for simple office visits from my clients, I started being concerned about what I was offering, and if I really was placing their best interest at heart. After about 9-months of becoming a better than average producer but only to get denials from VERY strict underwriting.....it was difficult to make a good living consistently and I changed my field of business all together.
