Pros

Work at your convenience and on your schedule. A potential to create an income in the high six figures. The ability to provide people with benefits that they cannot receive anywhere else.

Cons

Some of the prospective clients will not be forth coming with their informtion

Pros

Communication, training, field help, marketing materials, lead generation ideas, support at all levels. It's always easy to reach someone in the corporate office to answer questions and we, as agents, are encouraged to contact anyone within the company (from the top down) with concerns or questions. Strong culture of honesty and integrity.

Cons

If you are not self-motivated or driven then SALES is not for you. No CONS with US Health.

Pros

You get to make the decisions about your work/ life balance. A couple of very nice people at the home office in Raleigh and Charlotte. Weekly comm checks. Raleigh is only an hour from home but we can work from home and travel all over the state.

Cons

Not much help with leads, advertising, or professional leadership. Chargebacks are common due to the fact the products are geared toward people and families that NEVER have a RX need or any testing beyond a basic physical. They do have "value" plans to sell to those on a budget. Look around at the people that have been there a while and you will see it is a company that you may not want to show off to your family. All the "managers" also sell, so don't expect help or any of the good leads.
