      - Account managers do all the work - major focus on career track & rewards employer jumping for outside hires - low annual raises - long hours, stressful resulting in numerous rage quits - current/loyal employees not valued - difficult to move up - standards not consistent for current employees vs career track and new hires

      The salary and paid holidays is not worth the life that is sucked out of you from working here. There's no support for large books. You are given no resources to do your job effectively either. Management makes promises but never follows through.
