USI Insurance Services reviews

Our small insurance company was acquired by USI in 2019 and I lasted 18 months before they let me go. They lied through their teeth from the very second they acquired our company until the moment they let me go. I was absolutely pivotal in the transition and integration of all IT during the acquisition and they did not even attempt to find a spot for me at the company. Before being let go, I reached out to them many times asking for guidance or what I could do to ensure my spot at the company and they provided zero support. The CEO Mike Sicard would hold lovely zoom meetings from the comfort of his gigantic NY mansion and talk about how USI is like a family and committed to supporting their employees. Absolutely ruthless, awful company. Never work for them and if your company is acquired, begin looking for a job and refuse to do anything USI asks you to do.
