USI Insurance Services reviews

Working for an insurance company you would assume you would get great insurance but not the case. Almost impossible to get HR reps on the phone but they will chat over the internet and respond to emails. This organization does not require deadlines they strictly have monthly metrics that aren't really monthly metrics because if they THINK you aren't going to meet your metrics they start a case against you not when the month ends but in the middle of the month. The leadership does not care about production but they definitely care about popularity. If you aren't good at kissing the ring then this organization will not be a fit for you.
