Leadership inconsistency can significantly impact day-to-day experience. Communication and transparency were lacking, and there were instances where feedback and concerns did not appear to be addressed through appropriate channels. This created challenges around trust, alignment, and overall team effectiveness.

Horrible turnover, since I've been here less than a year 4 people have quit. So much work, people are quitting and no one else to give work to but me. In the interview process I was promised a benefit USI should hold their word to honor it. Bad 401k% with 5 years waiting period plus no Christmas bonus. Bonus $ told in interview was the max, later found out it's not hit often.
