Pros
I enjoy the industry I am in and all the folks I work with who teach me so much. I still feel I learn something new very day and have been in the business a very long time. USI has a Summit program which I have won previously and was able to enjoy some great times with some of my family members at USI's expense. The "USI Gives Back" program is absolutely awesome and rewarding as we are able to help those non-profits make a difference. I am proud to wear my USI Gives Back t-shirt. I feel their pay and benefits are very good and comparable to others, if not better.
Cons
Stress - but that just comes with the insurance business so I am able to handle it better each day. Other con is the cubicles we work in, sometimes I cannot even hear the person on my phone because of the other people talking on their phones also. Could definitely have better "sound proofing" for better productivity.
