      Pros

      Great People to work with, company is active in community give back campaigns, regional leadership is fair and knowledgeable and seems to care about their employees.

      Cons

      Systems are hard to work with and not user friendly. They distribute accounts based on revenue only and not on size and complexity which is important when managing large accounts. They apply the same metrics to small accounts as with large and it doesnt work. Service teams spend so much time focusing on KPIs (metrics) then servicing clients.

The upper management and leadership team are truly exceptional. They are dedicated to fostering an environment where producers can thrive by building on the success of others. The systems they have implemented are designed to support each person's personal development, providing a clear guide to success. I have found a home for the remainder of my career at USI Insurance. The company's commitment to its employees' growth and success is unparalleled, and I am grateful to be part of such a supportive and forward-thinking organization.

      Cons

      It is a tough job with the success of a producer based solely on results, making it very competitive. This can mean long hours and lots of work. If you are not a hard worker and independent, looking to get better, a producer role is not for you.
