      - Training Program ( INCREDIBLE - they teach you how to sell and understand insurance; you will be successful if you follow their process. Multiple week long training before you go live selling insurance. Includes role playing, mock presentations, instructional insurance knowledge etc - everything you need to be successful for getting an appt, presentation at the meeting, and closing the business.) - Marketing Placement Assistance - Practice Leader support: they go out on appointments to help you win new business. Very focused on your development and want you to succeed - Career goal coaching - Technical resources: Do policy review, property analytics, worker's compensation analytics. AMAZING!!!! - Solution selling - Servant leadership - Proposal is created by your team - Market access and leverage - Team Collaboration

      - Marketing process is SLOW - takes a long time to get a quote - 100% in office - Metrics - Lots of internal meetings - Commission paid quarterly (if accrued or earned)

      Great game time players to help move the ball down the field on deals. Talented team of experienced management who know insurance.

      Cons

      Lacks organizational command and control to guide and direct deal flow from start to finish. Lots of potential gets left on the sidelines.
