      Pros

      I've had the pleasure of working for USI for several years and I can honestly say that it is the best company I have ever worked for. It has an inclusive and engaging culture and leadership is top notch. All the leaders I have worked and communicated with are encouraging and give praise when it is warranted. Leadership gives employees the freedom, and provides the right amount of guidance, to do our job and take care of our clients, without having to micromanage each step. This adds to the positive quality of life at work.

      Cons

      There's always room for improvement, however, there's nothing significant that I would consider listing as a con.
