      The higher you go the lower your raise

      Flexibility and work from home

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't care to retain current employees. Same job for outside employee will have 10-20% more money but if you get promoted for that same job you're lucky if you get a 5% raise. They overwork and don't make up for it in the pay.

      From the start USI was has been by far the "cliqueiest" company I've ever worked for. In my department in particular, if you weren't in the "in crowd", you're totally ignored and ostracized. I didn't feel close to anyone at all at USI. Additionally, the micromanaging here is unreal. Leadership is constantly over your shoulder and you're expected to produce, produce, produce. You're merely a number and not a human being. Also the health insurance is absolutely terrible.
