      Pros

      I have worked with several different insurance employers in the last several years and I can honestly say USI is the best employer I have ever had. Pros: My insurance coverage provides better and more affordable coverage than any of my or my husband's previous employers to date. The benefits package includes added options important to me and my family. USI offers great training and support regardless of your experience level in the industry. I strongly feel like USI's management style and USI as an employer over all, is invested in the success and well being of its employees.

      Cons

      Cons: If your work style does not include self accountability and the desire to work hard, this may not be the job for you.
